Synchronous Virtual Learning for December 16th
Posted Date: 12/16/25 (07:53 AM)
Good Morning,
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this crazy stretch of weather! Since we have already used our Asynchronous eLearning Days and our Flex Days, today will be our first Synchronous Virtual Learning Day, which means that students attend school online and have live instruction with their teachers. You can find instructions for students here (towards the bottom of the page). We realize the timing is not good since students have not been in the building since last Thursday, and as a result, may not all have their devices. With that in mind, teachers will make the appropriate adjustments to ensure students have additional time to complete assignments, if needed.
Our leadership team will meet to discuss a plan for after school activities and we will communicate that information later this morning.
With rising temperatures in the forecast, we should be good for the rest of the week. Thank you once again for your patience - we realize the delays and cancellations create a difficult and stressful situation for all parents.
Sincerely,
Jake Wiese
Superintendent
